Form I-693 reports the results of an applicant’s medical examination to immigration services (USCIS) and U.S. Citizenship. It shows that the applicant doesn’t have any contagious or infectious disease harmful to others.
For this, you must visit an authorized doctor of USCIS or the United States Department of Health, who will conduct the exam and share finding on Form I-693. Moreover, you will also get one copy of the completed Form I-693 for your record. The copy of your medical examination report (sealed envelope given by doctor) must be submitted to USCIS within the stipulated time.
